We have designed the ARC to withstand an element of pushing and bashing, especially with the extra-large base plate giving it great stability.

Absolutely we can design your branding for you just send us an idea of what you want.

We have developed and unique magnetic material (like a fridge magnetic) so you can put it on and remove it repeatedly! It very robust too less chance of damaging which can happen with a vinyl wrap.

No not at all, if you switch the IPAD on your good to go! We offer training and support anyway, so you’ll be fine!

We offer full support via telephone, what’s app and remote team viewer dial-in service. If you have a problem at 10pm on a Saturday night, call us we’ll help!

We don’t charge for our support ever! If you have an issue after 3, 4, 5 years, call and we’ll do our best to help.

All electrical/hardware products are covered by extended manufacturers warranties, fell free to email us and we can send you the warranty details on each piece of hardware?

It does depend on the fault and which piece of hardware it is. We always try to do our best with customers and if it looks likely your going to lose revenue (miss a booking) due to some equipment being repaired under warranty we can lend you a replacement until yours is ready!

In our opinion, we have the best products, service and support within the market, but feel free to send us an alternative supplier quote and we’ll take a look.

We can powder coat the ARC any colour you want but there may be a few weeks lead time on this
