Their oxford branch is their first outside of London and as well as serving tasty pizza they have a private terrace with countryside views, SNES, Arcades and an awesome Photo Booth!
The brief
Pizza Pilgrims approached us to design a bespoke booth to be permanently installed into a certain area of their restaurant. It was important it worked with the quirky, fun atmosphere of the restaurant and to give customers something fun to do while waiting for their freshly made pizza.

Pilgrims love experiencing something a little different during their dining experience and their engagement has been amazing for the promotion of the restaurant. Branded prints and beautiful photos are printed instantly after the customer has shared to social med...

London Marathon

The London Marathon (currently known through sponsorship as the Virgin Money London Marathon) is a long-distance running event held in London, part of the World Marathon Majors. The event was first run on 29th March 1981 and has been held in the spring of every year since. 386,050 applicants, more than ever before and over 40,000 people took part.

The brief
London Marathon wanted people to share their achievements and promote the charities they are raising money for.

London Marathon wanted to make the most of the opportunity to collect data from so many runners so they approached us here at Reakt to design an activation. Branding and easy of transport was key to the event.
The Solution
Our designers and project managers worked closely with London Marathon to design two fully branded photo booths (inside and out) with personalised photo template, bespoke software screens and branded micro site.

We set up the software to capture the data specified by the Marathon and ensured photo sharing on Social Media with printing activated after the photo was uploaded. Working with our exhibition stand designer we designed and created the perfect layout. We set up 4 days before the Marathon and were still open for business on race day.
The Outcome
We knew that runners would love sharing their photos on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SMS and Email with their friends and family as well as promoting their chosen charities so we made sure the photo quality was amazing. Their branded prints were fantastic keepsakes for their incredible Marathon journey. The booths were constantly busy taking over 5,000 photos in 5 days!

The data, captured in a fun way, was invaluable. We’ve delivered amazing corporate activations for London Marathon for the last 3 years, there’s no better testament to our services than successful repeat bookings.

Coca Cola

Coca-Cola, a favourite carbonated soft drink produced by The Coca-Cola Company, it was originally intended as a medicine! Invented in the late 19th century, it now dominates the world soft-drink market. The familiar branding is easily recognisable and it wouldn’t be Christmas without the Coca Cola adverts.
The brief
Coca-Cola approached us to develop an activation for a promotion they could move to various locations to encourage customer interaction, re-enforce brand loyalty and to use at staff events. Even huge brands must maintain a public presence for continued success.

All branding needed to adhere to strict guidelines, be enjoyable and interactive, collect data and have social media sharing capabilities.
The Solution
The timeframe for this project was extremely tight therefor our fully branded expo air selfie pod was the perfect solution. Allowing the pod to be branded and delivered within 48 hours.

The selfie pod had all the features that Coca Cola required including green screen, GIF’s and full branding.
The Outcome
We supplied Coca Cola with an ultimate selfie pod after working with their designers to produce the panels, software interface and personalised photo prints. It was hugely popular at a Christmas event they held for over 6,000 staff who work at the bottling plant and was then moved to multiple in-store locations in Belfast and Dublin. Our pods are easily transported in their bespoke flight cases.

The feedback from Coca-Cola was all positive, the data they captured was invaluable, all thanks to the build in data capture and tracking features of our software and their branding was splashed all over social media as people loved sharing their amazing photos.

7 Hotel Diner

7 Hotel Diner is a stylish American Diner that offers a trip back in time to the 50’s. Their freshly cooked American classics and indulgent desserts, including home made waffles are incredible. They’ve got an authentic jukebox, Coca-Cola machines and memorabilia. Leather booths, handmade furniture and lighting compliment the stunning interior design.
The brief
7 Hotel Diner wanted to install a photo booth into their restaurant to fit in with their awesome 50’s theme. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s a dining experience so being able to have a photo that can also be shared to social media is a great way to remember a special occasion or a meal out with friends while you’re waiting for your amazing steak or ribs to turn up.

7 Hotel Diner wanted to create content, promote their business using print and digital content for social media.
The Solution
After a site visit and working closely with the diner, We proposed using our Expo air selfie pod would be perfect for them. Fully branded to suit the venue instant facebook upload it would be the perfect solution.

It’s small footprint fits more easily into the restaurant than a photo booth, and still showcases their branding that works beautifully with the 50’s theme. We customised the software screens and created branded photos.
The Outcome
The selfie is free to use and collects customer emails before the photos print so they can be sent future promotions. The diner benefits from repeat customers and increased exposure on social media.

The pod needs minimal attention from the Diner staff and we are always on hand with technical support if they ever need it.

Medivet

Every April BSAVA Congress delivers a cutting edge programme of over 450 lectures and practical sessions at The ICC and Arena Birmingham. Alongside the lectures, over 200 of the industry’s finest companies exhibit.

Medivet, one of the exhibitors, wanted to draw people to their stand and engage them because let’s face it, exhibitions aren’t always an exciting day out. Their mission: To treat you and your pets as members of their family, they aim to deliver amazing client and patient care in order to become the nation’s favourite vet.
The brief
Medivet wanted to create a great photo opportunity to collect potential customers information during a trade show. They required a quick and reliable way to take a photo and allow the customer to enter details on-screen. Sharing onto social media is also important in this activation.
The Solution
Our Reakt team worked alongside Medivet to develop an exciting campaign and settled on the idea of a hot air ballon themed ultimate selfie pod with branded prints. And it gets better, for the photo people had to climb into a full size hot air balloon basket which looked awesome in the photos.

By having their photo taken and sharing on social media, people were entered into a random prize draw which was built into the software. A number of people (pre-determined by Medivet) won a golden ticket which entitled them to a free hot air balloon flight!
The Outcome
The Medivet stand was extremely popular and a steady stream of people loved having their photo taken in the basket and engaged with staff on the stand. People were happy to answer the pre-determined data capture questions as they were involved in the photo booth experience and the possibility of winning the flight meant they wanted to participate without pressure from the Medivets.

Branded prints maximise brand exposure and the overall positive experience was fantastic exposure for Medivet as well as producing invaluable content for use online and on social media channels.

Curradine Barns

Curradine Barns in Worcestershire are a fine example of early 19th-century rural architecture. Restoration and continuous improvements have created a contemporary and atmospheric wedding venue with a distinctive and charming character. As an all-in-one wedding venue, couples can celebrate their whole day there.
The brief
Our brief was to design a permanently installed seated booth to fit seamlessly into Curradine Barns. They wanted to offer a photo booth as a part of the wedding experience.

The booth needed to match the venues theme, be robust and reliable. Coin or token operated to cover the cost of prints and digital copies to be uploaded after the event. They also required full support and cover.
The Solution

Steel frame covered in Oak to produce an strong but attractive booth. Custom laser cut details and leather seating finished the overall look and feel.

The venue offer the photo booth as part of their wedding packages completely free of charge.
